SMS Terms

These terms describe optional text-message communications from Codon Partners. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What you can choose

You can separately opt in to texts about your recruitment process, including application updates, interview arrangements and assignment communications, and texts about relevant job and consulting opportunities. Messages may be sent using automated technology. You can choose either category, both or neither.

Consent and eligibility

Providing a phone number alone is not consent. You must make an affirmative choice for the categories you want. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving recruitment services or making a purchase. The preferences form is for people aged 18 or over who are authorised to use the supplied mobile number.

A website confirmation means your preferences have been received for review. It does not mean your number has been activated in our messaging service. Messaging is subject to sender registration and service availability.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your recruitment process and the opportunities relevant to you. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider if you have questions about those charges. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed.

Stopping or changing texts

Reply STOP to a Codon Partners text to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your request. You can also request that messages stop, change your preferences, or tell us you no longer use a number by emailing info@codon-partners.com. Submitting a new website preferences form does not immediately change an existing messaging subscription; contact us directly or reply STOP to stop existing texts.

Your information

We record the choices you make and the consent wording, version and submission time. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including Ringover when messaging is enabled, may process data as necessary to deliver our communications.
